After our business hours, this number will connect you to our repair voice mailbox. After you leave a message, the mailbox dials the pager number of our technician on duty.

Communications Please write your telephone number on your check or money order, and enclose the top portion of the front page of your bill. Sending cash through the mail is never a good idea.
Billing schedule Our bills are due upon receipt. A bill is past due after the 15th (unless the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday) and balances after that date are charged a 1 1/2% late fee. Customers who have not paid their balance due by billing time will receive a disconnect notice as part of their next month's bill. Iowa Utilities Board rules require that we send out a disconnect notice. For specific dates for the current month, please read the summary page of your bill or call our office.
Pay the easy way Liberty Communications has a convenient pay at bank feature called Easy Pay. It automatically withdraws the amount of your bill from your checking or savings account on the due date every month. You’ll no longer have checks to write or due dates to remember, saving you time and making life easier. With Easy Pay you can continue to receive a paper bill; or choose to get your bill by email and receive a $1 credit every month. That’s right, we’ll credit your account $1 every month if you choose email rather than a paper bill! Click here for an Easy Pay form to print and return to the office. Please remember to send a voided check in with the form. On the form, choose “Email Bill” and provide your email address if you would like the $1 monthly credit. Deposit Boxes For your convenience, you can drop off your bill payment at our deposit boxes located at our offices. In West Liberty the box is next to the front entrance of our business office. In West Branch the box is located on the front of our building at 117 N 1st Street (just north of the town hall). As of November, 2001, there is a drive-up drop box located at the Crossroads Convenience Center (402 W 15th St) in West Liberty.
